This event will be sponsored by Team Camo Outdoors. Everyone that pays a $60 entry fee will receive a complimentary duck call. Anyone that doesn't pay will still be allowed to ride, but won't receive a duck call.

Any objections, feel free to voice them, I'm sure if we look hard enough we'll find someone who cares.

I realize that it might not work out for the LA guys, but if we move it back a week, it'll be duck season again. Season opens back up on the 10th, so the 3rd is the ONLY Saturday it's possible for us. It's usually just a few of us on the split ride anyhow, which is why I jokingly posted it being a sponsored event. On the other hand, if it did go down like that, I give yall my word that's where the profits would go. Well...that & a giant bunny costume like Owen's.

Yea I doubt anyone from over would make it even if you pushed it back. There is other shit to kill and I do my Xmas shopping during the split

there is just a hand full of us that go during the split around this area, it would be cool if LA guys could make it but do understand the circumstances with hunting seasons being different times in both states

La splits are different between zones this year. We wont lose a weekend of shooting birds.

Looks like I'm free. I know if we wanted to put some sponsors behind this event I've been approached and possibly could have some raffle items with donations going to local charity or 501c organization.

Let's save that for the SETX Mud Run. I don't think we'll have that kinda turn out on this one, but I definitely like that idea. We're all priviledged enough to get to do the things we enjoy, I think we should make the big ride a sponsored event & make a donation to a charity.

Um, that was NOT me, that was the lil fella. I had & did consume plenty of adult beverages that day. Don't none of yall need my permission to do anything, other than takin my ride or beer. It's public waters & public boat ramp, everyone's responsible for themselves.
