I drove by 90 the other day and there were birds walking around in the path to the main lake. LOL

I might be able to go Sunday.

Yeah you can run on foot, just kidding, I drove by there about two weeks ago and it looked like you could go in some places but I don't know. You can still put in at Reeves and go back to Ro Co Co as far as you can.

sucks man I hate having no water in these lakes, I wouldn't mind if they weren't so crowded. People spending the night out there to save their spots and such makes me not even wanna go out there anymore.

I haven't been yet this year because of that shit and the "no permenant blind" law. Last year I had a great set up on Jackson, I think I might have been only one of about three boats that shot that morning. The next morning I had a idea someone would creep over there so I went out 2 hours before day light and I'll be dammed if there wasn't four boats that could have tied off to each other in the same spot! I can't imagine how it will be this year with less than half the water we had last year.

About the same way on Seminole. If you had a good shoot, someone heard you and will beat you to the spot the next morning.

Or at the very least, there will be 20 boats scouting the lake and they'll run the birds off.

Maybe turn away all the wanna be duck hunters. As far as spending gotta get your spot. Exspecially after you "pour" a bunch of money into. Cause I know if you were in my spot that morning there would be some words exchanged maybe a shell or 2. But that all night runing shit ain't cool. Seminole fl side is rediculious never seen so many boats in such a small area.

It's truly bullshit in this town now, either you hunt on private land or you deal with everyone and there brother on the lake, there's no common courtesy anymore and the number of idiots with a mud boat has tripled in the past few years. I seriously had a dude run slap in to my boat last season at millers. Then I had numerous occasions of people setting up stupid close when the whole side of the lake was open. Fwc needs to make a handbook for new hunters called public hunting courtesy do's and dont's. I mean seriously who couldn't figure out that running around at all hours screws up the hunting for you and everybody. I guess those people are everywhere but I think we got quite a few more here for some reason. Sorry for the complaining just pisses me off haha

It's the mentality of folks today. Everyone wants to kill more birds than the other guy and they are willing to ruin your hunt to do it.

That's why at 40 yrs old and 22 years of duck hunting in the Tallahassee area, I take the high road and hunt small body's of water for wood ducks and the occasional puddler.

Of course it wasn't a whole lot better in the 90's. all the lakes had water, but I think there were more hunters back then. I can remember when every blind in sight of mine on Iamonia, 30+, had hunters in it on a saturday morning. Now with limited water, it just seems like more folks.

I now laugh at the guy who spends the night on the lake or gets to his spot at 3am just to shoot 3 ringers.

Yeah the people that run all during the night really mess it up. Couldn't tell ya I could have killed 4 limits that afternoon. Then had to watch everybody run all the birds off that night. Shot all of 3 the next morning. Need to have gates so they open it at a certain time to not chase off all the ducks.
