Thinking about going ride Wallisville Saturday. Would also be cool with old/lost if someone familiar with it wanted to go there. |

Maybe...... I've been battling walking pneumonia for a few weeks. Engine is still in pieces, but all the pieces are here (still unmodified) |

Damn, put the head back on and adjusted the valve lash, but my trim switch is bad. Got two on order that will be here between thursday and saturday. Gonna try to build the exhaust tomorrow and finish cutting down the 3 blade prop. (hub work wont be ready for the weekend though. |

Rain as of today is 60% Saturday, but I'm gonna hold on to the high likely hood it will change. I'm gonna plan to launch around 1030. Most likely at the locks.. |

I'm showing 100% Sunday, I show 70 Saturday but it's supposed to be late. Sunday prolly won't work but it's a possibility. I rather just go early sat set some jugs ride and watch the radar. I'll make a final call tomorrow, I don't know of anyone else going so it's our call. You gonna have your ride together, or you riding with? |

I dont give a rats ass. I have a rain jacket, and I dont care if I catch pneumonia again since I'll hit my maximum out of pocket with insurance this year it's almost like having free welfare medicaid. I can bring a trotline too if you want. I was building 4 of them but only got about 2/3 of the way through the first one before I got distracted. |

Motor is running, got the new trim switches in the mail tonight, finished the trotline, BOUGHT A FRIGGIN TRAILER!, boat is on it. Just gotta strap down the boat, gas it up, and grab my gear off the porch in the morning. |

You missed a hell of a ride. I almost died, then I almost died again, then I outran a GTR for about 20 minutes until something snapped and went flying out the exhaust |

True story! It was an awesome day on the water. Mud and veggies were awesome. Found a few nice logs to jump. Caught a few fish. Got smoked by a kayak. Then smoked a broke kayak lol. I got over an hour of video, I'll work on getting it edited by the work week. Having a positive experience with a GW is always a great way to top off an awesome day too. |

Damn, looks like I did miss a good time!!! I went to ride and look for some new hunting territory and managed to get wedged between two trees, get unstuck, and bend the shit out of the bottom of my boat. Oh well. I may have found some good places to hunt next year... And the dent will hammer out |

I didn't fix my high idle problem, so idle was ~20mph when I tried to leave the ramp. Then after I fixed it and we started running upriver the boat was running so fast the hole boat was out of the water and the wind was catching underneath it lifting it and yawing it pretty badly. I was expecting it to hook the chine at any moment and do another barrel roll, but this time at nearly 30mph. Then (thankfully maybe?) something let loose in the motor (POP, RATTLE RATTLE RATTLE, TING TING PING and something flew out the exhaust) and I went from 4200 down to 3600rpm in the water. |

I dont know what happened. I need to clean the carb again for the billionth time, pull the head back off, do a little detective work..... Also my shitty welding job on the exhaust broke. The last 30 minutes of the run back to the ramp was me putting along with the exhaust pipe completely blown off the flange. The other two welds held great though. |

Videos uploading to YouTube now. It was very hard condensing all that footage. Very happy with the final cut though. |
