Let's get an Arkansas ride together. I was thinking Henry Gray Hurricane Lake WMA but I'm open to suggestions if some of the guys further south wanna chime in. Obviously we'll have to catch it when the water is right so either pretty soon or do it right before season. Just sort of a brainstorm thread to see if we could get a turn out. Otherwise it'll just be me and butternut riding around bumping into trees

Gotta be careful bringing folks into your hunting waters!

I just said something to a buddy of mine about making a run to Mack's before season. May have to drag my boat up there and hit y'all up!

Need something more central in my opinion, I think majority of us that have mud rigs in Arkansas are more south of little rock, and this excludes excels, they don't count

Haha im up for wherever. I was more or less throwing the idea out there and hoping we could get enough folks to respond to make it worth it. Where were you thinking Tyler?

Honestly have no clue, there isn't a real string of good long water to run off the top of my head.

Maybe a ride on the red. Burn some gas and then cook and drink some beer on a sand bar.

Post subject:  Re: Arkansas Timber Ride

That's a good idea I know some good sandbars in Garland that were good for swimming.
