PEARL RIVER RUN May 2, 2015 Ratliff Ferry 1275 Ratliff Ferry Road Canton, MS We will have a BBQ dinner severed at 12pm along with prizes and drawings. All the money we make off the BBQ plates goes to Jayden Vance he is 5 yrs old and been battling with leukemia. He is the Son of Britteny Vance. I will be there along with many others on that Friday afternoon camping out on Eddies Island. We will do the cooking and all on that sand bar. I had to change it up a little bc Buzzard island is about gone and it's bad trashy with logs and stuff now. Anyone that would like to join in on Friday or Saturday night bring your tent, cooler, and sleeping bag. I'm sure we going to have something good cooking that night as well. Need any help finding anything get up with me or if you are planning on camping out Friday & Saturday night call me 662-803-6476 so I can make sure and get enough camping permitts or YOU CAN CALL PRVWSD @ (769) 243-7014. Last 2yrs I did crawfish. An the ones that came know how much of a pain that was. Yall got anything in mind far as what would be something good to cook? BBQ was a thought I had just getting a smoker big enough to do it all at the sand bar would be a job I would think but if we could get us 2 far sized ones I know we could get them there. Or we could round up fish and have a fish fry. |

I love in Springfield. Pick something in April. The wind will be blowing and keep the knats down. It should be cool enough to comfortably camp. |

Blake. Mud Boats and Bugs is late April. Lets do this before that. I am looking for an excuse to come hunting in MS in April anyway. What about the 18th? Would love to come. Maybe it will work out this year. Be a good chance to see the grandbaby in Morton too. Not hard to get wife to make that ride.

Heads up on this thread we changen the boat ramp to Ratliff. Doing this bc the sand bar that we was going to do everything at the flood has washed the sand bar away and trashed up the bank bad with trees and what not. |
