For all the Northern crew make plans to attend the inagural Ice Out Run. Test your skills sliding your rig across ice rafts to open water while on step, up and down the Mississippi river valley. Will post date as soon as the ice breaks up, and bring your pike poles ain't no tow strap gonna help ya. |

Is that LaCrosse? Myself and i8bambi2 run on pool 13 but we would be interested in a weekend trip. Maybe we could try to get lots a guys out there like them southern boys do. |

I am in. Last year, we were running out of Minnesota City/Winona by the end of March....not sure if that will be happeninig this year. I have 2 others that would probably join in. Keep us updated Mag10 |

Rivers are thawing....was on the IL river Saturday walleye fishing, the Miss is still locked up as of Friday afternoon.... |

Doesn't look as if I'll be participating. Working Saturdays on the other side of the state, and my hull won't be here until the end of April. Maybe we all can get something setup for the summer tho. |

We just had a little run today up on pool 5 it was a blast running wide a$$ open through trees and across flooded Islands. Me and my 3 buddy all have mud boat and would be intersted in doing and Ice Run. If anybody wants to come up here we would be more than happy to show ya some sweet spots to ride for a weekend. Their are cabins to rent or I have a few spare rooms at the house |

Lets set a date for the Ice Out! MitchV looks like he is out so someone else take the reigns and lets make a run for it. I got some good stuff on Minnesota side out of Mn. City or McNally if we get it set. I do believe Wisconsin side has better backwaters in those areas though.

You guys know where Merrik State Park is at if we Launch Their I knwo some sweet A$# backwaters we can get to not going to all be exactly mu but its flooded rice and timber to run through. I got off next weekend if that works. Otherwise Ill travel and I know Acouple buddy s of mine that would go. Iagree lets get somthing going. Im up for anything just like to get the boat out and screw around |
