 Finally! Finally got my boat setup correctly. Bought a 1854 gatortraxx with 35 mb. Guy had short transome on tall boat. I jyst put a new sport frame on it . Man its a totally different machine. Gets around 23 with 3 guys in it. Just freakin happy its working like its supposed too  .gotta watch what you buy. I didnt see rhat coming.

Re: Finally! Hey what would yall do . I'm running a 36 - 50 tooth pulley combo on my motor. Im turning 4250rpms at about 25mph with 3 guys would you change anything. Its a stock 35. Oh btw it only gains like 1mph empty.

Re: Finally! Don't change anything. It's a stock motor, & that's about the right #'s for it. Could do a lil tweakin & maybe get a couple more mph, but it won't require changing anything.

Re: Finally! Ya I think your right plus it keeps it more reliable. I can't run much faster anyway due to stumps
