 12 hp copperhead on 1442 alumacraft Its true!! These little motors are fast!! I rode in a 1442 riveted alumacraft this afternoon with a friend. With 2 people clocked on GPS @ 19 mph in very very shallow water/gras/mud. With 1 person clocked @ 21 mph. Will post later speeds with geer and dog.

Re: 12 hp copperhead on 1442 alumacraft Open water, 2 people, two full size coolers, six fishing ploles, 2 tackle boxes, 1 tool box, battery and five gallon gas tank - 17 mph.
