Post 1760 PD 36 FPR HT
I am new to this group and to mudboats. Just purchased a 17x60 CC with extended front deck and rear deck, hydro turf, full power reverse and hydraulic trim. I love the layout of the boat and it works great with my kids. I have ran the boat three times and made many adjustments and cannot get over 22 mph. I have ran the boat by myself (320 lb) and just can not get any more speed. Worried about speed after loading down with hunting gear, additional people, etc...

Any thoughts or ideas on how to get more speed or what I may be doing wrong would greatly be appreciated.

Thanks

Try reposting this in the engines and mods forum, may have more luck... Then once you get it right, you can edit this one and make it a real review.

yes, it is. love the boat and after tweaking, seems to be running great. Ended up having to work with the guys at Pro Drive to help me figure it out. The throttle mount was a little off so I adjusted so I could get full throttle. Also, trim in the back was kicked up too much, adjusted it down. Runs great. Will post a full review in the next couple of days, but was able to run 21-22 MPH loaded down (3 people) and 26-27 MPH by myself, gear and gas.
