Bought a nice back to basics rig from Bart Baker... GoDevil 16' x 48" surface drive boat with full center seat and extended front deck with mount for gas tank and second battery up front... GoDevil 23 vanguard longtail with 9x6 prop... Solo empty @ 21 mph -- excelent in mud / shallows Solo with hunting gear @ 20 " " 2 200lb men and gear @ 18 -- need 3 to 4 inches water any more and subplane @ 8 to 10 mph -- need 6 inches water Awesome rig for solo hunting - very good for 2 men - not good with 3 men Also an excelent rig to hunt out of in deep or shallow water - very stable Bart was and continues to be a great guy to work with even after the sale Satisfied Customer ! |

Barts one heck of a guy...To tell you the truth Bart saw my post on here stating that I was having a little trouble with my setup and it didnt take him long to give me a call, thats what I call customer service. I'm a Go Devil costomer for life...Can't wait until the 22nd out at the Trinnity, I dont get to run with many mud boats so I'm really looking forward to it.... |

i have a 1648 GDSD boat as well. I had a 25 MB LT on it and got about the same speeds you did. I loved the combo, but broke down and bought a 27 GDSD for the boat and love it even more. Alot easier to drive and about 5 MPH faster. Love my GD, that rig of yours should be bulletproof |

Your right, it is the 21st...Wish I could but the weekend looks full. How did yall do in the Wallisville Project this year? We hunted in and around Lawrance Lake a few times and did OK... |

Yeah looking forward to this saturday.... Bought a pair of props so I can tear the a$$ off the old one without any regrets.... Likey to play a bit of "tag" or can you follow me in here ??? We did OK in the project - about an average year in total birds - however we did have to work for em - did more scouting and tried more new areas in and out of the project - and tried more new tricks than in prior years.... It was a different year - in a lot of ways... |

Anyone could sell you a GoDevil.... But Bart REALLY wants you to get your money's worth out of the product - and be there for you when you have "an issue" even if it is needin assistance in learning to use the product.... |
