How big is the boat? welded? flat bottom? we need more details |

It is a 16 ft smooth bottom. It's the express mud boat bayou series. |

i don't know much about those. As long as it is braced longitudinally, you will be fine. Running a 35 you can go a little bigger on the boat too |

the express boats are awesome but kind of heavy. |
