Just bought ne a surface drive boat and motor. I will never go back to a longtail. Any tips on setting the trim to get the right output from this motor? |

Same hull but 35 GDSD - set it deep - use it rarely - flip the quick trim to climb over logs... My cav is 2" under water at rest.... GDSD finds it's own depth and rises at speed.... You can squeeze out a mph or two by just pressing down on the handle and "airing" the prop a bit.... Is yours the newer 3 blade version of the 23 GDSD ??? |

I took it out today with me and my father in law 200lbs each and trifling equipment and the gps showed 18.7 mph. |

Giga, what kind of speeds are you getting with the 35? I'm happy with my speeds on the 23, just wondering if the end result is worth the added weight and cost? |
