Finally got my boat setup correctly. Bought a 1854 gatortraxx with 35 mb. Guy had short transome on tall boat. I jyst put a new sport frame on it . Man its a totally different machine. Gets around 23 with 3 guys in it. Just freakin happy its working like its supposed too :D .gotta watch what you buy. I didnt see rhat coming.

Ya I'm the dumb ass that didnt do that. Dont take anybodys word for anything unless you know them good. Won't happen again

Hey what would yall do . I'm running a 36 - 50 tooth pulley combo on my motor. Im turning 4250rpms at about 25mph with 3 guys would you change anything. Its a stock 35. Oh btw it only gains like 1mph empty.

Don't change anything. It's a stock motor, & that's about the right #'s for it. Could do a lil tweakin & maybe get a couple more mph, but it won't require changing anything.

Ya I think your right plus it keeps it more reliable. I can't run much faster anyway due to stumps
