What kind of speeds should I expect out of a 1754 36 hp '07 PD rig? Also what king of RPMs should I be running?

CDMCHEVY is running the same rig except its a '12. He's running 29 solo. You should expect about the same if the prop is good and the valves aren't leaking which is likely.

Set OOW rpm to 4300 and you should turn around 4000 if it's stock

I have 84 hours on the motor... it is bone stock. Does anyone know the closet place to Northeast Texas that does reliable Stage 1 work? Also I am spinning around 3900 in the water right now... I havent ran the boat empty yet but with 3 people this past weekend I was running around 20 mph but seems to not have much hole shot... i am going to order new prop from PD but what would be the best size and pitch for top end speed?

Don't know anyone in that area, but Gary (deadbird8) may be able to help you out. He's over here in the dallas area. Or I think there is a guy in longview. Think his name is Mike. PM tylerduckman, I think he has the guy in Longview's info.

Turned my RPMs to 4300 OOW and ordered a new prop I believe that will boost my MPH up pretty good... My current prop is at 11 1/2" so it was worn bad... Should I be expecting 27-29 mph now?

I have a 2013 1754 with a 36 on it. With me, a 24 volt trolling motor and battery, a yeti cooler I run 27 mph. In shallow water with me, and a cooler in front I can hit 28-29. 30-31 stock is not really possible...

depends on how narrow the hull is. my 40" turns great because i can lean on it......in shallow water, nothing bites to turn.
