Ill entertain this whether you're a troll or not. Just because when the trolls do show up they'll see it too. 1. Gator tail. Same Block different drive system. 2. Gator Tail has reverse. MB is still waiting and playing the blame game on everyone else for their shortcomings almost 2 years later. 3. Gator Tail is a Louisiana company and I have learned my lesson. You can have people call you all day long saying they know all about it, but once you buy its a different story, Buy from someone that takes the time to tell you every little thing about the product from servicing and showing you every little detail to knowing the ends and outs of performance. |

I will add this though.... If you choose MB you better make damn sure you have a damn good dealer to stand behind the motor. That makes a world of difference! |

Get the 35 GTR. You will not regret it. My 1854 3/16 bottom runs 29 mph all day long. Reverse has saved me multiple times. I like mud buddy motors as well but the GTR is a great motor. Don not under estimate reverse. It's extremely valuable if you hunt (explore) alone. Both motors are belt driven. Both have great props and correctly geared. Best of luck ! |
