Alumacraft Waterfowler 16 and stock 36PD
Just took off my old outboard and put a 36PD on this hull. Not the best hull for a MM but it does quite well.
2 guys (one large), gas, battery - 27.5 - 28 gps. Full load - 3 guys (one large) guns, dekes etc. 21.5 - 22gps.
I'm quite happy, I just hope the hull/transom holds up with that beast on back.
Any opinions, ideas or suggestions for this rig would be welcome.

check the transon hourly if your worried about it, they can crack for sure. A good Aluminmum welder can brace it up.
