ok so heres what I got 3 blade prop the reverse plate is there it don't come off the shaft housing is cone shaped and compared to the old one the reverse is great, the handle is a different shape, has an oil cooler, seems quieter but ive been running a go devil for 5 years so it might just be me.
the motor runs great and haven't had a problem yet. will try to post some pics this weekend, one more thought I got an older manual and it says to bend the skeg to adjust motor pull aint happening its 1/2 to 3/4 in thick at the end just thought id end the conspiracy. love the guys at gator tail they were extremely helpful

It doesn't need a cut tab...bend the whole skeg end...... I did it the hard way and cut a tab....

what rig you running it on? you may have to play with the load in the boat moving stuff around till you find where it runs right
