Finally got to put a GPS to it today. Bone stock motor, me (190), dog (75), 6 gallons gas = 23.5 to 24 consistantly in deep water. Performed good in the nasty stuff too. Only problem is the Mini Lite doesn't trim down near as far as everybody else. Just gotta know when you can and can't stop.

I thought about that, but was skeptical about how well it would hold up with the torque and all. Do you have a pic your wedged motor mount? I might just try it if I can secure it good enough I wouldn't worry about losin it.

Made out of aluminum? buy em somewhere or have em made? I'd like to try it, but I'd go 2 - 3x thicker on top.

Just got back from runnin the boat after playin with the throttle and carb. I went from 23.5-24 with no wind, to 24.5-25 with a head wind and 25.7-26.3 with a tailwind. All without spending more than $2 and without voiding the warranty!!!! :D :D :D :D Needless to say, I was happy about it, but still want more.

Other than maybe a K&N, I don't really know what else I could do to it short of swappin carb and exhaust. I'd rather just go ahead and sell it and buy the 35 & be done with it.
