ive had my godevil for bout three months and the last time i carried it to the river it was vibrating really bad when i put it in the water while at idle. ive got a lil play in the shaft and its leaking out of the end of the shaft. does anybody know where i can get a bushing and if thats my problem with the vibration?

if the shaft has any play thena bushing needs to be replaced before you wear the shaft down too badly. you need to check the top and bottom bushing for play, the vibration could come from both, but most likely the bottom, i forgot to mention the bearin, obviously, also needs to be checked for play. you can have godevil replace em, or give them whatever numbers they need(model number or something) and theyll get you the parts, or replace em for you. not too hard to do yourself though.

Call Go Devil with the serial number of your boat and order the parts you need. Check on the end of the bushing after taking off the prop. You will need the bushing number as well. New bushing and new seals should do it as long as your shaft is not too worn. Duckdon

k thanks for the advice. im gonna get started tryin to get the prop off this week. i dread that bc its never been took off and ive messed with tryin to get the nuts off a few times and its gonna be an ordeal i think.
