Most of you order your drive shafts from McMaster correct? Do you get them keyed at all or wait and have a machinist do it?

do you have a local metal dealer/ machine shop? they can hook you up with some straight 3/4 round stock. unless you are ordering alot of stuff you will get killed on shipping a 6' shaft.

Yeah, I think I will check locally first. I googled a few machinist within a reasonable distance. Surely one of them can hook me up.
