Post Prop loose?
Unsure how this happened, anyways noticed alot of vibration coming from the lower prop area today while hunting, eased over to a bank to further inspect and it seems my prop came loose between the nuts the prop is threaded. If this makes no sense tell me i'll snap a pic when I get home.

Remove the whole thing, APPLY ANTI SEIZE LIBERALLY and sandwich prop between nuts shown in picture. I put front nut on, then prop (I give mine a couple wacks with piece of 2x4 to tighten against front nut) then add the back two nuts. Mine never comes loose. DON'T FORGET ANTI SEIZE!

It is supposed to have about 1/2 turn slack
Your vibe is probably due to your lower bushing worn and or needing grease

Seems odd that this would happen guess it worked itself loose? So, I can tighten the prop up against the upper nut (hand tighten? top pic) then apply some never seez and the reinstall the nut, lock washer, locknut. Should I hand tighten the the first nut up to the prop then, torque the lock nut to it? Sorry this is such a grammatical shit storm its hell typing from a phone.

Leave enough slack in the prop so it can turn about a half turn.

I snug my prop after applying nickel based anti-seize. Then, tighten last two nuts. Never have a problem getting them off. I've had the shaft threads get worn, from letting the prop float, causing vibration.

I just bought a new 16 from go devil. Had to bring it back because it had too much cup. Couldnt get the RPM's above 2900. When I brought it to the back i watched them remove and install it. He tughtened the prop hand tiight and snugged the the two nuts with a lg crescent wrench. No torque wrench
