Re: is it my prop or boat
2 seasonsis a long time for a prop especially if you run hard or sandy bottom or both, so its more than likely the prop and not your boat

whoa hold up man. dont go buy a new prop just yet, you need to be looking at what rpm's youre turning at wide open. get a tiny tach if you dont have one. more than likely youre motor isnt 'opening up' all the way

Re: is it my prop or boat
It can definitely smoke a prop in two seasons.
What RPM's are you running?

Re: is it my prop or boat
it should measure 9 inches, you need a new prop, regardless of whether or not there is/isn't a RPM issue. Put a new prop on it to eliminate that problem, then invest in a tiny tach and post your RPMs in and out of water. we can go from there.
