thinking of selling my 16hp Go Devil Crawfish tail and buying a go devil 23hp Surface drive. I know these don't have reverse but do they have Neutral if not how hard are they to raise out of the water to start?

Due to the Drought my small lakes that I bought the Motor for all dried up. I am forced to fish big lakes now.

No neutral, very easy to lift out the water...however, you might want to look into a motor with neutral. reverse is nice also...
