 Honda 20 not charging
I have a 20 hp Honda gdlt I can't seem to figure out why it it not charging the battery when running. The only wire not hooked up is wire with blue stripe coming from rectifier when using volt meter and test that wire I'm not seeing a change in volts. Any help would be great

 Re: Honda 20 not charging
Sometimes the stater goes out. I think its the magnets on the flywheel.happens on my lawn mower.

What do you have to do to replace?

 Re: Honda 20 not charging
I believe you can check the ac voltage coming from the stator/magnet into the rectifier it'll be ac voltage Then should have dc out of the rectifier around 13.5-14 dc
Btw you have to pull the covers some of the fuel system then "pull" the flywheel to get to the stator and magnets
