Post 23 hp vanny power loss
Losing power when we put the prop in the water. Runs fine outside the water. The motor is falling on its' face when the prop hits the water.

Thoughts?

I'd say clean the carb or a bad coil. Check your fire on each spark plug, if you're good there prob needs a good carb clean. At least that's where I would start.
