Your missing a top for your livewell, a kill switch, and a skeg. Thats all I see right off. But seriously with welds like that its no wonder the skeg fell off! Plus it would be better to weld it solid. not just in a few spots like it was.

thats not a livewell, just storage. the kill switch is on the motor. i was just gettin at the skeg. broke it off today tryin to push it through soft sand i bout 1 inch of water. cool part is is i think i coulda done it but i had to push the prop into the sand do hard that i bent the skeg,broke a couple welds, and i just ripped the s.o.b. off. i've lost acces to my neighbors welder, he threw it out into the yard cause it quit workin on him. so whenever i get metal and a welder, i'll be back to try it again
