Any experence w/ the Rickshaw motor .I want to put one on a layout style boat but I'm concerned that it won't have the HP to plow through submerged weeds.

Does yer "jin" have webbed toes ???

The word "rickshaw" originates from the Japanese word jinrikisha (人力車, 人 jin = human, 力 riki = power or force, 車 sha = vehicle), which literally means "human-powered vehicle".

But I couldn't help but being amused...

I was interested in the Torquito - a self contained electric 2 hp - myself for a small craft the "Final Attack" by Otter.... I'll be interested to see what others say about the Rickshaw too...
