the dissasembly/assembly part is actually very easy. its making sure the air/fuel mixture screw is set correctly and then adjusting proper idle speed. |

with the fuel mixture screw, after you remove the carb, tighten and LIGHTLY seat the screw, while counting how many turns it took to get there. when you reassemble, put the screw all the way back in, then back it out to where it was before. and you do that off of the boat, you shouldnt have to mess wit it after reinstalling the carb if you got it right. the idle screw can actually prolly be left in place. the main thing is that you wanna remove the jets, o rings and gaskets. the orings and gaskets will be ate up from the cleaner. i buy the cleaner in a gallon from oreilly auto, it has concise instructions on the label, it works great |

no prob bud. btw, i buy a service manual for everything i have that has an engine. the factory manual will explain everything in detail. any lawnmower shop can get you one |
