boats arent very fast on the bottom, You need atleast a 14x36.
I have a 13 on a 14x42 and water gets pretty close to backwashin over the transom on a sudden stop.

That boat is too short, narrow, and weakly constructed.

They will defintely go places an outboard cant touch, just dont be in a hurry. Dont expect to be able to run a straight mudflat, especially with a ribbed bottom boat. I can go any where that has 2 inches of water and deep mud at idle and an inch or so at wtfo ( 14 mph  ).

Welcome to the site.

It would float it better, not sure how it will hold up to the abuse a mudmotor will put on it.

What are the conditions you're runnin in?

most of the time it will be me by myself, i weigh 135, bout 2 dozen duck decoys, gun with ammo, most of the time i will be in deep water but i would say for the shallows i wouldin about 2-3 inches water and really soft mud

no stumps at all, ima be running it sometimes in a marsh so yea thick grass, speed isnt a big issue, just as long it can get me through somewhat nasty spots

dont hold me too it but I think you will be alright.

Just as long as that hull is strong and not incredibly heavy It should go along just fine (especially if there are no ribs on the bottom).

I would try and test run it with some other people around while the waters still warm just incase

Good luck and stick up a review and some pics later.

It may take awhile to get past the "Phuckin wit you phase".
