this is probably a dumb question but i was wonderin if there was any way to make my 20 horse gdlt quieter for drivin past my neighbors in the middle of the night on my river when were bow fishin. my buddy suggested running some kinda pipe from the exhaust to the water kinda like an air boat but i think that would not be good for it or would lose hp. what do you guys think? |

you may be able to stick some sort of baffle in the outlet. Dont know how much that will help. |

ive never seen airboat exhaust run into the water, but i definitely wouldnt wanna do that for bowfishing. even if you mean pointed down at water, but still above water level |

there is a "quiet" muffler adaptation of some sort. I have a buddy that has a Beavertail/Kohler 27 LT that he just added one to and he says it is awesome. Don't know where he got it or how it works, but he did say something about a tube or something that runs down to the water... but maybe not in.... |

Ive noticed you refered to the river as "yours". If it is indeed your river, then run down that bitch with straight pipes! lol. |
