i have a older style go-devil, so it doenst have one of those litttle lubicator things. what is the point of those things and do you think it is possible for me to add one to mine? |

Should be easy to add... It keeps a slight positive pressure on your shaft... As they cool down from use - it keeps water from being drawn in due to expansion and contraction... You may also have the older design seals and bushings.... Locate your serial number - cause they are gonna ask - then call GoDevil - they can give you all the info and help you need.... yea i added an alemite lubricator to mine. i just took the old grease zirk out and welded a nut on for more bite. If youre interested i just won an industrial sales auction and i got a 4 pack of em. 18.80 plus shipping each. i have 2 of them 4 sale. |

Never ran one on mine just gets knocked off. Just pump grease in twice a season (or when the shaft feels hot ) and never had anything fail (YET). Its a little more time to check it ever now and then but you should do that anyway. |
