Hi, I have a 1236 G3 Jon, currently running a 9.9 outboard. I found a great deal on a used 9hp honda godevil. How would this combo work? Mostly needed for shallow water, not so much for mud running. Thanks boys. Skip. |

Half the speed - but twice the torque - my first GDLT was an 8 hp.... It pushed every size boat thru heck and back for 20 plus years till hurricane Ike swallowed it up.... Go for it - you will get many years of use.... |
