 Homemade Longtail
i am building a longtail and i am trying to figure out the bearing setup i am thinking of using a double sealed roller bearing from mc master carr are the production engines setup like this or are the using a sealed housing instead of the sealed bearing ? any help would be greatly appreciated

there is tons and tons of info on longtail on the internet to find a bearing setup. just keep searching hint: search around forums at duckhuntingchat.com

thanks fishon i been looking around at quite a few different designs im thinking of getting cups machined and pressing in the sealed roller bearings i just gotta figure out the specifics and waiting on the whole federal shut down goin on might not be getting paid. but appreciate the input by the way what kind of speed were you getting out of that 11hp ?
