I'm looking at the 35 hp long tails. Right now I have a 27 go devil. Ive had it for 5 years. Over that time Ive put it through tough swamps. To be honest I'm very hard on my mud motor, and It will be that way as long as I'll keep hunting where I am. I've had my share of things break on my go devil. Does anyone have any experience with the mud buddy 35s in tough conditions. If so, are they as rugged as the go devils are? |

my problems were with the gd frame. The welds cracked several times in several different places like the skeg and the cavitation plate. and ive also broke my share of shafts and have had shaft seals go bad. Im now considering buying a 35hp. Just dont know weather to go with go devil or mud buddy. I dont know anyone with a mud buddy so i figured id reach out and get opinions from you guys. |
