Test your formula with this. 1644 alweld ribbed bottom flat, 350 lbs., 17" transom .100 gauge, 3/8 plywood floor, middle and rear seat. 2 deep cycles, 6 gal gas, 50 lbs misc., and me 165lbs. Pushed with a 27 hp longtail,195 lbs., 9x7 prop 1/4" wear @ 3600 rpm. What do I run? |

My old skiff before My gator-tail had a 31 lt on it!! Now most know that it ran like a rapped ape!! With the 31 lt it only ran at best 24 so I font know about this!! |

i got a tweaked GT and can barely get over that. But if you say so, i would think that the horsepower to the prop would greatly decline cause of the long shaft and the torque specs from one end to the other would be different. But hey if you say so little buddy, something is not adding up, why not just post a picture and prove your argument save some headache for sure. |

Talk to BudMan and JBREAUX! They have both seen it pass up pro-drives, One of them even has decked heads, carb kit, and bps exhaust. |
