is it normal for a long tail to dive in the water or shold it sorta flot when running. I never had one befor i just ran it today for the first time and want some advice on to run on. Any advice wood be sooo grate |

The cav. Plate should hold steady at an inch or two below the water. |

ive ran my new on the past two weekend and in deep water it wanting to go down deep when not a high rpms but when you get to WOT it jumps up to the top of the water. every now and then it wants to pop out the water at WOT, that means i need to bend the cav plate down a lil bit right? |

adjust the trim tab on the cavitation plate until you find the sweet spot for your particular setup, we had one that we ran with the trim tab almost level to make it run right, on another we had to bend it down slightly to about a 30 degree angle or so, you also may need to adjust your bolt that is under the pivot plate so it does not go quite as deep in the water |

mine does the exact same thing. dives deep then jumps out of the water at wide open. guess i'll have to tweak it too |

That's right. That bolt only should be stopping it from going too far down when you're stopped. sent using tapatalk while smoking a cigarette, messing with the radio, and texting while driving all at once. |
