Whats your opinion on making the handle shorter for fishing? And does anyone have ideas or pics similar to the handle that go-devil puts on their surface drives which allows it to be adjusted for height |

Shorter tiller = more tiller tourque. The long shaft has to have a long tiller to somewhat compensate and give you leverage. Now, if you want to shorten it and make it adjustable it could be done, but you will have to build a bracket to the side of the motor. |
