how do u gut the pipe on a 23hp vangaurd?

 how do u gut the pipe on a 23hp vangaurd? i want to gut it and is there anything else i can do to make it run faster without buying carbs and all that stuff

Re: how do u gut the pipe on a 23hp vangaurd? You can port the heads. The head flow is really bad on the 23s and nock off the squre edges on the valves. I made my own exhaust and it has alot more power now. I am about to put gator glide on it.
