What is the standard shaft length of a 6 - 9hp motor...Or somewhere close? I have to get my drive shaft cut and keyed to length and need to get it close to perfect. |

you need to make your complete frame before having your shaft cut,keyed and threaded. your shaft housing and u-joint setup will determine overall length. |

ideally the longer the better, 5 or 6ft is practical |
