Backwater, MB Tiger props are good, but so are GD's that I have used in the past. A lot depends where you run. I am near sea level here in Florida and though both MB and GD and every other mfg. I have searched recommends the 9x7 for the 27 HP longtail motor though I am presently using a 9x6 GD because I turn a few more rpms than the Tiger 9x7 and there is less vibration. I broke my first Tiger a few seasons ago, shearing it on some coral rock and bought a Ron Hill lookalike for substantially less $ on ebay. It ran 1 mph slower but performed well and was/is just as stout and strong IMO. I can't speak for the Kawasaki, but previously I noted that the Kaws that were listed were 29 HP not like your 27, don't know if that makes a big difference. In sum, both MB and GD make a good prop- I always carry a spare, so that would be my humble advice.
