Post problems with a long tail 18 hp briggs and stratton twin II
Can't find any info on my carb adjustments on any web site
Motor runs fine out of the water as soon as I put it in the water it Boggs out I been messing around with the two needles I see and it gets a little better but wont push out enough rmps to get on a plain. Can someone please help me if they know the settings .......I am about feed up with now it seems like my motor is over heating now cause if i run it for a little while than kill it it will now start up right away its like the motor is getting hot and heating up the starter so it will not spend the motor over but if it cool off for 15 min or so it will fire right up... and my exhaust is getting cherry red.. i am really getting feed up with it...

trying to type out solutions and directions would take forever. Call your nearest small engine repair shop and drop by there and have one of the mechanics point you in the right direction. or go to briggs website and download the pdf for your motor. you can also email the briggs techs and they will help you. search youtube or gokart forums. they mat help, I'd try yutube first

Make sure both cylinders are firing.
