I have been researching everything.

Does anyone have or know about the Backwater Inc brand motors?
The 23hp has a shorter shaft which I think I would like (59" vs all others that are 72)

Also they claim one of their selling points is their "surface tracer" fin.
Claim it holds right on surface....can even let go of tiller.
Do all longtails work like that?

Would like to know honest opinion/experience.

i love mine wouldnt trade it for the world hunting this week and weeknd running threw ice and all mine runns itself just give her throttle and go comes right to the surface just like they claim
