GD lists a 9x6 for that engine

It will run a lil faster loaded with a smaller prop.

To keep it in the water you have to adjust the cav. Plate, it's been discussed a time or 2

I had a GD 23hp, and ran a 9x5. Do you have a tach? Optimal rmps for the 23hp is 3600 in the water. Also, if your prop was from GD, they will repitch if its new.
