Greetings Gents,
I am getting a Thai Mud Motor Kit and putting a Honda GX390QA on it. I am concerned that the shaft bolts right to the engine with no support.
What do y'all think the danger is in it breaking the engine? That's a lot of money to lose.
Has anyone built a mod on theirs to support the shaft and take the weight off the engine?

Thanks,
HD

i had a 6.5 before i got a go devil. didnt have any problems with the shaft putting stress on the motor and i didnt pamper mine. only complaint i had was no cav plate. also i recomend stocking up on props. theyre aluminum and break easy but are fairly cheap, like 12 bucks on ebay

I purchased one and ran it one time. Im using the motor plate and making my own motor. I have 2 props, coupler, shaft and handle left over ill see if you need any spare parts.
