use to have a 12 foot layout with a 6 lt but i want something a little more open and bigger. is just for conservation areas, probly never long distances. basically just trudging through shallow vegetation and running boat lanes. really dont want to go too big, more than likely a 14' flat jon. width doesnt matter just myself, dog and gear. i know the layout would plow and im assuming the 14 will too but i'm not running so no big deal. i was considering the 16 hp from go-devil ? and if i decided someday to go with a bigger boat i could use the 16 on that also.
any thoughts would help ?
