If anybody is running a MB 25/27 longtail, I need the overall length of the shaft for a rebuild project. Length from top bearing to keyway and end of shaft and the length of the threaded portion for prop would be nice also. I would measure the old one, but it was trashed and I threw it out awhile back. |

Short transom is either 72" or 73". Tall transom is 84". Sorry, but I have never measured any of the other dimentions that you are asking for. Oh, and MB usually has them in stock. Have you tried to call and order a new one? |

Last one I rebuilt just before this hunting season was $90. I cant imagine that they went up that much in 4 months. |

Does mudbuddy sell the complete shaft including bearings housing seals and shaft?? |
