| Post subject: | Shaft grease??? |
Hello all, My first post on this site!!!! I just bought a new 9hp Go-Devil longtail for my boat. I know where you all have to grease it and I know that there is a center bearing inside the shaft to reduce shaft whip. My Question is, The zerk on that bearing has a allen screw in it rather than a grease zerk? from the u-joint I have the pressure lubrictor, then the regular zerk, then the the one with the allen screw in it for the center bearing? Do I have to do anything with this??? Thanks!! |
