Im posting this for a friend. he is thinking about buying 13ft skiff and was wondering would it be safe to put my 20hp longtail on the back?? |

13x60, sure. 13x30, not so much.... I had a 14x36 with a 20 lt, I would not have wanted any smaller of a boat. |

That's a lot of motor for a 13 ft. Better be a wide hull. You won't get the performance out of a 20 on such a small setup. |
