 lt handling?
Talking to a lot of people about back waters motors lt and they are saying that they are a lot easier to handle than a typical lt like a gd or bt.Most of them are dealers that sell back waters so is there truth to this or are they just "selling"me on a back waters motor.Have read a lot of good stuff about them on here and online.Any feed back would be appreciated going to purchase a new boat and motor in the coming month.thanks

 Re: lt handling?
Some things might be improved but I'm going step out on a limb here and say as far as the operation and driving a lt is a lt is a lt.

 Re: lt handling?
biggest diff i cant tell is the cav plate. you dont have to bend or tweek a trim plate to get it where it needs to be. give it gas and it comes to the surface. ive let go of the handle several times to get a dip of copenhagen and she tracks straight. good motors and great customer service. you wont be sorry if you get one.
was typing this as med posted ^ hes right its still a long tail. either you run it or it runs you

 Re: lt handling?
I think your getting a pretty heavy sales pitch. Once the cav plate is set they will all ride like a dream Med is right, a lt is a lt. The bw's are nice though, if I was buying new it would likely be from them...
