 mudbuddy unstable
i have a 14ft mudbuddy with a 25hp kohler engine on it with the longtail drive i was wondering if anyone could give me a tip on how to make it more stable it wants to flip way to easy i have the 6 gallon gas tank and battry in back with me im 210 pounds i know that dont help. if i move that other stuff forward would that do anything for me. i made a performance pod but it slows me down ALOT so i might take it off. what would you guys try out thanks for any help

you should get paid for advice like that. I suggest you run for office, or get a day time talk show.

try and re locate a lot of your stuff.
Battery/gas tank/cooler etc.... Move it forward
Try and find that good balance point on your boat at WOT by yourself and - it's kind of a trial by fire.

The first thing you better do is get a life jacket and then start moving stuff around.

more info needed. like u said its a 14' boat! how wide is i? when u put the pods on did u make sure the furthest part away from the boat was up about a 1/2"? need more info?

i run a 23 lt on a 1448 i have no probs... how wide is your boat also weight divided out throughout the boat on a longtail is a must... i weigh 225 and push my rig at 20mph empty try putting the battery up front and other gear

i moved my battry into my dry box an my gas tank up to the front now i just need to test it. yes i made sure the pods tilted up a little it might be a little more then half inch. this is my first year with a mud buddy is it suppossed to be so hard to turn and keep my prop down when running full throttle

TRY ADJUSTING THE CAV PLATE....IF NOT MAKE SURE YOU GOT THE CORRECT HEIGHT ON THE TRANSOM
